Kebon Jeruk Puskesmas Issued 60 Immunization Certificates in June

Kebon Jeruk Puskesmas (public health center), West Jakarta has issued 60 immunization certificates along June 2017. The certificate is required for school admission.

Certificate can also be made in Urban village puskesmas. Citizens just need to bring the required documents

Kebon Jeruk Puskesmas Immunization Program Head, Wenny Media said, total issued certificate in June is higher compared to last month. She considered it was happened because new student enrollment will be started soon.

"In June, we had issued 60 certificates. Usually, it is just 30 certificates in a month," she expressed, Tuesday (7/4).

Children Immunization in Jakarta Targeted to Touch 95 Percent

She informed, certificate will be given if the child has received basic vaccines such as polio, BCG, measles, DPT, and HB. Thus government would know that the child has received basic vaccines completely and protected from disease.

"Certificate can also be made in Urban village puskesmas. Citizens just need to bring the required documents such as birth certificate, family card (KK), and mother and child health book. It is free of charge," she closed.
